Last night I was reading an article about becoming a Javascript Badass. One of the pieces of advice was to blog about what you learn as you learn it. I realized that was a great idea, because I often stumble across chunks of code on my hard drive that do cool things, and I don’t even remember building them or what it was for. Or I remember building something that meets the needs of a project I’m working on, but I can’t find it anywhere. Plus I’ve owned this domain name for like 10 years, and it’s been sitting here doing nothing. Hopefully the posts here can benefit others as well.
Although I wouldn’t mind becoming a Javascript badass, right now I’m mostly focused on learning the ins and outs of WordPress theme development. Having spend spent most of my career developing full flash sites, I have a lot of catching up to do in HTML, CSS, PHP, JS and WordPress. It’s been quite enjoyable learning all these technologies.
still the same owner as the previous nucleartuxedo.com? infestedmaggot?
haha, yeah. That was my screen name when I was 14. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen or heard that.
